How it works

Four steps, in this order, with nothing to chase in between.

  1. Talk

    A short call to understand the business, the services and who you want hearing from you.

  2. Design

    You see the layout and the shape of the copy before a line of the site is built.

  3. Build

    The site gets built, tested on real phones, and set up so search engines can read it.

  4. Launch

    Domain connected, the form tested end to end, and the keys handed over to you.

How long does it take?

Most projects launch within 7 to 10 working days, depending on how ready your content is and how quickly revisions come back.

Do I need to provide content?

Rough notes are enough. They get shaped into clean, clear website copy that fits what you actually want the site to do.

Do you handle hosting?

Yes. Hosting, DNS, SSL and deployment can all be set up for you so the site is live and secure without you having to arrange anything.

Can I update the site later?

Yes. You can either take written instructions and make changes yourself, or send the change to us and we will quote it. Ongoing care keeps the site updated and secure — it does not include content or design changes.

What if I already have a domain?

No problem. An existing domain can be connected during launch with minimal downtime.

Is search setup included?

Yes. Page titles, descriptions, a sitemap and clean page structure are part of every package, with deeper work available on the Business package.
